Jiefeng Lu graduated from Fudan University and Emory University with Juris Master Degree and Master Degree in Comparative Law respectively.

 

Since the year of 2007, Ms. Lu had worked as a professional in legal affairs and compliance in the securities industry. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Ms.Lu worked as the manager in the Legal Department of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd and had ten years’ working experience as a corporate lawyer. As the legal manager in Shenwan Hongyuan, Ms. Lu had handled many complicated cases concerning securities transactions and financial disputes, and participated in the largest project so far about securities company merger. The legal team headed by Ms. Lu was ranked in ALB 2014 Top 15 In-House teams in China.

 

In 2020, Ms. Lu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner. She specializes in dispute resolution, securities compliance and securities litigation. She is familiar with financial business and has rich experience in handling financial disputes covering securities transactions, assets management and debenture default. Ms. Lu has also accumulated extensive experience in securities compliance and securities litigation including advising clients such as securities companies, listed companies and their shareholders on securities compliance issues and handling civil claims concerning securities misrepresentation. 

 

Ms. Lu ever won the excellent research project award by SAC (Securities Association of China) about one certain research project in which she participated. Ms. Lu also published an article about debenture default disputes in China Securities. 

 

Ms. Lu obtained the PRC lawyer qualification in 2009.
