Jean is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng (Shanghai), and has practiced law in China for over ten years.  Prior to joining Jingtian, Jean worked at two leading PRC law firms in Shanghai and a magic circle firm in Hong Kong. 

Jean specializes in foreign direct investments, mergers & acquisitions and PE fund investments.  She also works on matters involving general corporate advice and commercial dispute resolution from time to time.  During the past years, she advised and represented many multinationals, large Chinese corporations and investment institutes, such as CVC Asia, GSK, Ferring, Shanghai Electric, CIMC Vehicles, Quest Diagnostics, American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Manulife, SK China, Prosegur, DT Capital Partners, CDIB and Shanghai Bund Investment Group.

Jean graduated from the Law School of University of International Business and Economics with LL.B. and LL.M degrees. She obtained her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2007.
