Shuqin Xiang graduated from Peking University School of Law with LL.B. in 1995.
Ms. Xiang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1995 and became a partner in 2001.
Ms. Xiang is particularly experienced in securities and capital market, M & A, PE.
Ms. Xiang has represented several famous companies in their securities offering and listing of A share or H share, including Nine Dragons Paper, Vinda International Holdings Limited, Country Garden (Holdings) Limited, Aglie Property Holdings Limited, Weiqiao Textile Company Limited, Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited, Hisense Kelon Electrical Holdings Company Ltd. The Industries involved comprise real estate, paper making, expressway, textile, electrical products, medical, media, and cements.
