Weimin Wang specializes in M & A, foreign investment, corporate and securities. As a leading transaction lawyer, Mr. Wang has provided legal services to domestic and foreign enterprises in such industries as oil and gas, petrochemicals, financial, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, mining, TMT, commercial retail, food and beverages and real estate.
He has also acted as a leading lawyer in IPOs of red-chip, H share and overseas shares.
Mr. Wang awarded of "Best PRC Lawyer, Who's Who of the Law 2000”, Asian Lawyer, THC Press Ltd. He is a member of the Committee of WTO Legal Service of All China Lawyers Association.
Mr. Wang graduated from Beijing Foreign Affairs College with LL.B. in 1986 and LL.M. in1989. He obtained another LL.M. in1990 and his LL.B. of Common Law Section in1994 from the Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa, Canada.
Mr. Wang became a member of law society of Upper Canada in1996 and got the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1998.
Mr. Wang is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
