Wei Bai graduated from Peking University School of Law in 1986, and then he obtained the master degree in Law from the Foreign Affairs College in 1989 and the master degree in Comparative Law of New York University School of Law in 1997.
Mr. Bai is a founding partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng. He once worked as a lawyer in China Global Law Office from 1989 to1992 and worked as an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 1997 to 1998.
Mr. Bai is particularly experienced in the following areas: securities, corporate, M & A, restructuring, and banking.
Mr. Bai obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1989 and also admitted to the Bar, New York in 1998.
Mr. Bai is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
