Jesse Chen graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and National University of Singapore with the degrees of Master of Law. Mr. Chen was admitted to practice law in PRC in 2012.

Mr. Chen joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2020 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in the same year. Previously, he was a partner of Zhejiang L&H Law Firm with nine-year professional experience.

Mr. Chen specializes in Capital Market, Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Reorganization, Private equity and venture capital.
