Just recently, renowned legal media Who’s Who Legal published Arbitration Future Leaders annual list. Hu Ke, partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng is on the list, making him one of the five arbitration future leaders in mainland China (under 45).

The Arbitration Future Leaders list focuses on the next generation leaders in arbitration in the world, and there are five lawyers from mainland China on the list this year.
Hu Ke is partner of Disputes Resolution Department of Jingtian & Gongcheng, acting on behalf of, or assisting clients to deal with arbitration cases in ICC Court of Arbitration, Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Center, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. He often acts on the recognition and execution procedures of overseas arbitration judgements. He also is knowledgeable on investment arbitration, and often offers advice to clients concerning protection of overseas investment.
Hu Ke is the only PRC lawyer on the International Council for Commercial Arbitration – Tsinghua University China Arbitration Law and Practice Task Force, member of YSIAC Committee, member of CYAG Organization Committee, and member of IBA Arbitration Special Committee. He is often invited to speak on professional meetings home and abroad, and has published many articles on China and international commercial affairs and investment arbitration.
