November 26, 2013, YuanShengTai Dairy Farm Limited (“YuanShengTai Dairy Farm”) successfully launched its initial public offering (“IPO”) for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing under the stock code of 1431. The company globally issued 1,221,484,000 shares priced at HKD 2.7 per share, raising approximately HKD 3.3 billion in total. The IPO was oversubscribed more than 12.89 times.
