November 27, 2013, Fufeng Group Limited (“Fufeng Group”, stock code 0546.HK) successfully issued CNY 975 million 3% convertible bonds due 2018 and the bonds listed on Singapore Exchange Limited on November 28, 2013.

Fufeng Group is an internationalized bio-fermentation products manufacturer listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is mainly specialized in the R&D, production and sale of amino acids, derivative products and biological colloid, and by now has become one of the largest MSG and Xanthan Gum manufacturer in the world.
