Pizu Group Holdings Limited (“Pizu Group”, Main Board stock code now: 09893.HK; GEM stock code before: 08053.HK) successfully completed its transfer of listing from GEM to the Main Board on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKEX”) on February 18, 2025. It has become the first company to complete the transfer of listing from GEM to the Main Board, following the implementation of HKEX's simplified GEM transfer mechanism on January 1, 2024.
