In the afternoon of May 13, 2024, the first Beijing International Arbitration Forum (BIAF)-Youth Forum, co-sponsored by BIAF and Jingtian & Gongcheng, was successfully held in Beijing. With the theme of "Docking or Stranded: When Chinese technology companies encounter Arbitration in Singapore", the event conducted in-depth discussions on cutting-edge issues such as the development of Singapore arbitration law and technology dispute resolution, overseas litigation challenges of Chinese high-tech companies, arbitration of confidentiality agreement disputes, and legal risks of technology secret licensing, aiming to provide a platform for sharing and communication of the latest developments in international arbitration.
