Mr. Jiaxi Jiang, a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, has recently attended the 13th Ministerial Conference of the WTO held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, from February 26 to February 29, 2024 (later extended to March 2).

During the conference, Jiaxi Jiang, along with other members of the IBA delegation, exchanged thoughts with government representatives from China, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries, and presented their primary concerns regarding the WTO to the relevant delegations from the perspective of the global legal industry.
