Qing Tang is a Senior Corporate Finance Advisor of Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP. She focuses on capital markets, investments and acquisitions as well as equity financing. Prior to joining our firm, Qing worked for many years at DLA Piper. 

 

Qing advises Chinese companies on post-IPO compliance, corporate finance and M&A. With extensive experience, Qing advised clients in a wide range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, aviation, highways, mining, real estate and internet information services.

 

Qing holds a Chinese Legal Professional Certificate and received both a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

 

● Advising Sinopharm Group on its overnight placement of H shares to institutional investors, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$4 billion.

 

● Advising Air China on its participation in the HK$39 billion recapitalization proposal of Cathay Pacific, including Air China's participation in Cathay Pacific's rights issue of HK$11.7 billion.

 

● Assisting Sinoma in the merger by absorption between Sinoma and CNBM. This was the first time that two H-share companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ‎completed a merger by absorption.‎
