Ms. Zhang has rejoined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner since 2023. Prior to this, she worked at China Commercial Law Firm and Grandway Law Offices as a partner/lawyer.
Ms. Zhang specializes in domestic and foreign securities issuance, corporate restructuring and reorganization, corporate investment and financing, equity incentives, etc.
Ms. Zhang has been working in the field of securities issuance and capital market legal services for more than 15 years. In the area of capital market, Ms. Zhang has represented several companies in their restructuring, listing, investment and financing, merger and reorganization, equity incentive and perennial legal counsel projects, including JiangSu JiuWu Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., CHINA GREATWALL SECURITIES CO.,LTD., INNO LASER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., Shanghai Dehui Group Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited, Kennede Electronics Mfg. Co.,Ltd., etc. In addition, Ms. Zhang has provided legal services such as project consultation and due diligence for several investment companies.
Ms. Zhang is also a member of the Securities Law Research Association of the Shenzhen Law Society, a member of the Securities and Capital Market Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. She has extensive working experience and has consistently conducted legal lectures and training for several companies and institutions.
Ms. Zhang was admitted to the PRC bar in 2011.
