They bring with them a number of client relationships, where some of the related formalities are currently in progress. The ten new partners will strengthen the firm’s capabilities with their deep experience in capital markets, dispute resolution, investment and M&A, cross-border investment, compliance, real estate, and infrastructure. They will further enhance Jingtian & Gongcheng's professional network in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region, and boost its strength in providing multidisciplinary and market-driven  solutions to clients’ needs in the Yangtze River Delta and improving local delivery.
