Mr. Zhao Xiao obtained his LL.B from Wuhan University Law School and his LL.M from Central University of Finance and Economics Law School.
Mr. Zhao has been working in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2017 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2020 (prior to this, he had been working as a lawyer for 9 years at the Shine Lawyers).
Mr. Zhao is currently a member of the Labour and Social Security Law Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. As the labor law counsel to Sinopec Group Capital Limited, he provides standing legal services and dispute resolution services to support the company's daily human resources management, helping the company to resolve employee disputes with satisfactory results.
He provided legal services to Sinopharm to sort out labor and personnel disputes and improve the system flow. He sorts out the laws and regulations relating to labor law in each of the company's branches and portfolio companies, and establishes a compliance system that meets the needs of the companies, taking into account the business characteristics of each branch and portfolio company.
