Mr. Zhang Hongjiu is a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng. Mr. Zhang has been practicing law since 1983 with 40 years experience. He is specialized in the law of securities, banking, corporate financing and mergers & acquisitions, and, most of such transactions are internationally oriented.

 

Mr. Zhang has the experience of acting as the head of Finance & Securities Professional Commission of All China Lawyers Association (“ACLA”) for 12 years, a deputy director of International Affairs of ACLA for 10 years, a penal arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) from 1994 up to the present,  a permanent board director of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (“CMAA”), and the director of Civil Law Committee of China Overseas Chinese Association.
