Ms. Yan Li graduated from Peking University with both LL.B. and Bachelor in Economics. She graduated from Columbia Law School with an LL.M degree.

Ms. Li has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2011 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2016. Prior to this, she worked 2 years with DLA Piper.

Ms. Li specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A and foreign investment.

In the area of Capital Markets, Ms. Li has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects, including Tenwow International Holdings Limited, Consun Pharmaceutical Group Limited. WH Group, Fuguiniao Co., Ltd., etc.

Ms. Li also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. She has provided a wide range of legal services for overseas investors and listed companies to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions. Her clients include famous companies such as Baoxin Auto Group Limited, China Agrotech Holdings Limited, etc.

Ms. Li was admitted to PRC bar in 2011, and passed New York State bar examination in 2015.

Ms. Li is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
