Sheng Deng graduated from Free University of Amsterdam with Master Degree in International Business Law.
Mr. Deng has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2007 and was became a partner in 2014.（Prior to this, he worked over two years with Wanhuida Intellectual Property Company as legal counsel.）
Mr. Deng specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization and restructuring, foreign investment, protection of intellectual property rights.
In the area of Capital Markets, Mr. Deng has presented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects.
Mr. Deng also has extensive experience in the area of M & A and PE financing. He has provided a wide range of legal services for overseas investors and listed companies to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions.
Mr. Deng obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate.
Mr. Deng's working languages are Chinese (native) and English (fluent).
