December 4, 2010, Evergreen International Holdings Limited (Evergreen) (00238.HK) launched its initial public offering (IPO) of 644 million shares for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing. The raised funds reached a total of HKD 1.1 billion. Its IPO was 1230.78 times subscribed, highest oversubscription since 2010.

Evergreen is mainly engaged in manufacture, processing, sales of clothes, dresses and personal adornment.
