December 9, 2011, China Lifestyle Food and Beverage Group Limited successfully launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing under the stock code of HK01262.

China Lifestyle Food and Beverage Group is mainly engaged in production, development and wholesale of jelly desserts, candies as well as beverage under the core brand Labixiaoxin.  As the No.2 jelly dessert maker, China Lifestyle Food and Beverage Group boasts more than 10% market share in China.

Jingtian & Gongcheng represented the issuer in the listing.
