February 28, 2012, Canudilo Clothing Co., Ltd successfully launched its initial public offering (IPO) of 25 million shares on the Shenzhen Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) board under the stock code of 002656.  The raised funds reached a total of CNY 695 million.

Canudilo principally operates the high level apparel brand of CANUDILO and the clothing products consist of business series and vacation series.
