May 2012, overseas subsidiary of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited (Yanzhou Coal Mining) successfully issued USD 1 billion corporate bonds aboard.

Yanzhou Coal Mining, majored owned by Yankuang Group Co., Ltd., has been listed at home and aboard.  It is principally engaged in coal mining, washing, processing, distribution and coal railway transportation.
