September 13, 2012, private equity investor Actis completed the acquisition of majority equity interest in Bellagio Restaurant Management Group. After the transaction, Actis indirectly holds 85% stake of Bellagio through its overseas special purpose vehicle.

Bellagio is famous for its Taiwan flavor food and ice desert which combined with its stylish dining environment and excellent service quality is attracting a large number of loyal customers. Founded in 2001 by Lin family, it runs business in many countries and districts such as Philippines, Macau, Hong Kong, mainland China and etc.. Its brand reputation and popularity makes it in the top of the industry.

Jingtian & Gongcheng advised the acquiree’s shareholders in the transaction.
