November 14, 2012,  Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd. obtained the approval from Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission of private placement of 164,57million A-shares.

Minfeng Special Paper is a Shanghai Stock Exchange listed company, principally engaged in production, sales and related business of cigarette paper series and industrial specialty paper. Its main product cigarette paper, tracing paper and capacitor paper are initiations in China.
