November 26, 2012, Tsui Wah Holdings Limited launched its initial public offering  for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing under the stock code of 01314. The company issued 33,334,000 shares priced at HKD 2.27 per share.

Tsui Wah restaurant group is a well-knownHong Kong tea restaurant group and operates 26 restaurants under "Tsui Wah" brand.
