December 7, 2012, China Securities Regulatory Commission unconditionally approved Shenzhen Textile (Holdings) Co., Ltd.'s private placement of no more than 170 million  A-shares.

Shenzhen Textile is primarily engaged in manufacturing, importing and exporting textile, garment and relevant products, as well as property leasing, warehousing ,real estate development, and hospitality.
