December 2012, General Atlantic successfully acquired all the shares in Xiabu Xiabu originally held by Actis.
Xiabu Xiabu is one of the largest Chinese fast-food chains, running more than 300 restaurants in many cities and provinces in China.
Jingtian & Gongcheng acted as the acquirer's lawyer in the transaction.
