December 20, 2012, Parkson Retail Group Limited (3368.HK) entered into cooperative agreement to acquire Tsingdao International Beer City Shopping Mall Project controlled by Shanghai Industrial Development Co., Ltd (600748) .

The cooperative agreement executed by Beijing Huadesheng Property Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parkson Group, and Shanghai Industrial Tsingdao Development Co., Ltd., under which the purchaser Beijing Huadesheng would be the cooperative partner of Shanghai Industrial Tsingdao Development Co., Ltd. on Qingdao International Beer City Shopping Mall Project.

Jingtian & Gongcheng acted as the acquirer's lawyer.
