February 5, 2013, KWP Property Holding Limited successfully issued USD 300 million 8.625% 7 years dollar senior notes due 2020 and traded the notes on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

KWP Property is one of the large-scale integrated property developers with prominent capability. Since going public on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock and Exchange in July 2007, it has steadily expanded its scope of business development in Southern, Eastern, South-Western and Northern China.
