February 6, 2013, MIE Holdings Corporation (MIEH) (01555.HK) successfully issued USD 200 million 6.875% dollar senior notes due 2018 and listed and traded the notes on Singapore Exchange Limited on February 7.

MIEH has successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the code of 01555. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Company has branches in China, United States and Kazakhstan and specializes in oil and gas exploration, development and production.
