August 7, 2013, Epistar Corporation (Epistar) successfully issued USD250 million bonds due 2018 overseas.

Founded in Hsinchu Science and Industrial Park in 1996, Epistar is specialized in production of super high brightness light emitting diodes (LED) wafers and grain and development of super high brightness LED series products on the basis of its own metal organic vapour phase epitaxy (MOVPE) technology.
