November 13, 2013, China Success Finance Group Holdings Limited (“China Success Finance”) successfully launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing under the stock code 3623. China Success Finance is the first mainland financing guarantee company listed on main board of SEHK and the IPO raised more than USD 200 million in total.
