December 30, 2013, Artgo Mining Holdings Limited (“Artgo Mining”) successfully listed on main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 3313. The company issued 333,334,000 shares priced at 2.65 per share and raised approximately HKD 791 million in total.
