April 16, 2014, MIE Holdings Corporation (“MIEH”, 1555.HK) successfully issued USD 500 million 7.5% dollar senior notes due 2019 and listed and traded the notes on Singapore Exchange Limited. The net proceeds of the issuance was USD 486 million.

MIEH has successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Company has branches in China, United States and Kazakhstan and specializes in oil and gas exploration, development and production.
