March 21, 2014, Mr. Jing Liu, Vice Executive Secretary of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) visited Jingtian & Gongcheng Beijing headquarters and had talked with our Partner Mr. Chungang Dong, Mr. Qingyu He, Mr. Bangwei Xu, etc. Mr. Jing Liu gave a lecture about actualities of HKIAC arbitration, partners and lawyers from our other three offices (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu) participated by telephone conference.

Jingtian & Gongcheng has a high proportion of foreign-related business, the number of HKIAC’s arbitration cases which our Dispute Resolution Department deal with is increasing in recent years, and we have recieved more and more consultations about HKIAC’s arbitration from our non-litigation business clients, also because of this, Mr. Jing Liu’s visit and lecture were warmly welcomed by our colleagues.
